Members of THE COVEN may take photos throughout the night. These photos will not be shared outside of our circle, however, we also respect our guests. (We are not responsible for photography by other guests attending the gathering.)

The Samhain Celebration will be held at a private indoor location in Lakeland, Florida. The exact address will be provided to registered guests. For the privacy and safety of THE COVEN and attendees, I agree not to publicly post, publish, or distribute the event address.

THE COVEN’s Samhain Celebration may include ritual, meditation/reflection, candlelight, music, dancing, food, and other voluntary activities. I understand that I may choose not to participate in any activity with which I am uncomfortable and remain responsible for my own personal belongings and participation.

An Ancestor Altar will be created during the celebration. Guests are invited to bring photographs, written names, or meaningful items representing loved ones or ancestors they wish to honor. Personal items may be taken home at the end of the evening.
